From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in the hotel's unique atmosphere, a beautifully restored historical palace. My room, the Queen Room, was impeccably clean, showcasing elegant decor elements that perfectly blended the contemporary with the historical. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, featuring an impressive spread that truly set the tone for my mornings.

The hotel was a great base for exploring the nearby attractions in Bellinzona, like the Three Castles. I really appreciated the comfortable queen room, which included a lovely waterfall shower. The breakfast buffet was a standout, with an impressive selection that made my mornings delightful. The staff were super accommodating, especially when picking us up from the train station, which was a big plus after a long journey.

On the downside, some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear, and cleanliness in the room left something to be desired, including pest issues. Additionally, the breakfast lacked the local options I hoped to see.

We had an awesome stay here! The hotel has a great vibe and is well located for exploring local attractions like the Three Castles. We tried biking in the area, which was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our group feel welcome. Don’t miss the breakfast. it had a rich variety that kicked off our mornings perfectly!

We were disappointed to miss the dinner service since we were late arriving and didn’t have the chance to try their meals, which is something we were looking forward to after a long day.
